As a Regional Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing on-site operations, ensuring that project activities are executed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, liaising with project stakeholders, and ensuring that all field operations adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams to monitor progress, address challenges, and drive projects to successful completion.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and resolutions in our database.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure it meets our established standards and client expectations.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during service execution, escalating to higher management when necessary.
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication between clients and service providers to ensure all parties are informed and aligned. Daily communication with your service team members.
- Ensure work orders have all the correct information for accurate and timely invoicing upon job completion.
- Maintain accurate safety records
- Provide support to the Project Manager by preparing reports that are needed.
- Collaborate with various teams to monitor progress and address challenges
- Maintain filing systems and records
- Review and submit field employee timesheets
- Maintain labor hour logs for subcontractorsâ¯
- Manage travel and expense reportingâ¯
- Order field related safety suppliesâ¯
- Provide general administrative support to staff and management
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus

- Familiarity with service management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel occasionally to attend meetings, trainings, and events.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer, phone, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds of files, documents, and materials.
