In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to person connecting our clients with our expert techniciansβensuring every pool repair and pool cleaning appointment runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll be Doing:
π Be the friendly voice our clients love: Confirm appointments, answer questions, and provide updatesβbuilding trust and lasting relationships with every call and email.
π§° Equip our techs for success: Make sure our technicians head out with everything they needβclear instructions, job details, and all the support they could ask for.
π¬ Keep communication flowing: Provide timely updates to clients and act as a bridge between the field and the office. If thereβs a hiccup, youβre there to smooth it out.
π Keep things buttoned up: Handle work orders, invoices, and records with precision and flair. Your organizational skills will shine here.
