What You'll be Doing:

  • 🌊 Be the ultimate scheduler: Juggle calendars like a pro while matching customers’ needs with technician availability.
  • πŸ“ž Be the friendly voice our clients love: Confirm appointments, answer questions, and provide updatesβ€”building trust and lasting relationships with every call and email.

  • 🧰 Equip our techs for success: Make sure our technicians head out with everything they needβ€”clear instructions, job details, and all the support they could ask for.
