ASCO Equipment has a career opportunity for a Service Support Analyst in Lubbock, Texas. Experience with computers and manufacture softwares will be vital to success. Service Support Analyst will directly engage with the service department and service technicians. The service analyst will mainly be working with the computer systems for all lines of equipment ASCO represents as well as a service IT person. This job will be regional and traveling to designated stores in the assigned region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Positively take ownership of customer experience
Service laptop program understanding
Install and operate programs
Keep programs up to date
Track laptops
Track software
Clearly and effectively communicate to customers, technicians and service manager
Provide status updates on: work orders, troubleshooting, technician progress & general questions
Various other administrative duties
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work in a fast paced/high volume dealership
Detail oriented, time management, and teamwork skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficient computer skills, and experience with G-Suite & other service programs
A personal dedication to work safety and accountability
