Position Summary

We are seeking skilled Sheet Metal Installers to join our Mechanical team for ongoing projects at Naval Air Station Pensacola and Hurlburt Field Air Force base in Okaloosa County, FL and the surrounding area. All work is performed on a military installation and is compensated in accordance with the required Davis-Bacon prevailing wage specific to the base. Sheet Metal Installers are responsible for fabricating and installing ductwork, air distribution systems, and HVAC equipment on active construction sites. All work must comply with applicable codes and standards. This role requires the technical application of mechanical principles and the use of proper tools and equipment, while maintaining strict adherence to safety practices in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Per diem may be eligible for qualified candidates not local to the Pensacola region.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $25.00 - 49.00 per hour DOE

Requirements for this position include:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. is the minimal education for this position
  • 4 or more years (or equivalent) field or trade experience as a journey-level sheet metal worker in a commercial or facilities operations environment is ; government, military, or large commercial/industrial construction experience preferred
