Your Role

As a Sheet Metal Superintendent, you’ll serve as the on-site leader for all sheet metal installation activities across our commercial projects. You will:

  • Direct and supervise sheet metal mechanics and installers
  • Coordinate daily tasks, workflow, and schedules
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
  • Interpret mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
  • Manage materials, equipment, and coordination with other trades
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and general contractors
  • Monitor progress to keep projects on schedule and aligned with quality expectations

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong leadership, jobsite awareness, and the ability to guide teams toward successful project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial sheet metal or ductwork installation
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience in mechanical or sheet metal trades
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical specifications
  • Proven ability to coordinate materials, manage multiple trades, and meet aggressive schedules
  • A safety-first mindset with working knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
