RQC is currently seeking a Sheet Metal Trade Foreman to join our Field Operations team at Naval Station Mayport in Jacksonville, Florida.
This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, directing crews, and coordinating sheet metal activities on active construction sites. The Foreman ensures that work is completed safely, meets quality expectations, stays within budget, and adheres to project schedules. This position plays a key leadership role in upholding RQ's Mission, Vision, Values.

As a full-service Design-Build contractor, we oversee projects from start to finish, supported by field operations teams who are stationed on-site to ensure successful execution.
