Randall Architectural Ironworks combines expert craftsmanship, cutting edge technology and passion for their trade to create and execute extraordinary designs.  From concept to completion, skilled professionals craft custom metal manufacturing for building cladding (ACM, IMP, etc.) railings, displays, kiosks, signage and way-finding.

Randall Architectural Ironworks (RAI) is seeking Metalwork Field Installers / Welders. We work behind the scenes at Orlando's top attractions and venues.


For our skilled custom metalwork installer positions, the qualified candidates will:

  • Work independently and lead a team
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and sketches
  • Layout and cross check shop set ups
  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures using welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools
  • Oversee the installation of fine finish elements
  • Set up, operate and maintain field welding equipment; Tig, Mig and Flux Core
  • Value and exhibit safe working methods
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the trade

Physical Requirements:

You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying tools/items, work in extreme weather, and properly wear personal protective gear.
