X-Bow Systems is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Construction Engineer to join our team and support the design, construction, and operational transition of our Texas Production Site in Luling, TX. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of building design and construction efforts, as well as the commissioning and maintenance of site equipment and processes. Requirements:
- Seeking a full-time Site Construction Engineer with relevant experience in building design and construction, HVAC, mechanical systems design, utility design, and/or construction engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, or a closely related field of study, which may include:
- Construction Engineering
- Building Services Engineering
- Construction foreman/supervisor
- Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling), specifically Revit.
- Must be able to navigate job site and construction terrain.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Autodesk Civil 3D a plus for MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) design.
- Ability to review building and construction documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Proficiency in Solidworks a plus.
- Knowledge of federal OSHA regulations and DOD standards for construction a plus.
- Reside local to Luling, TX or Austin, TX area and willing to travel 60%-100% to Texas Production Site in Luling, TX.
- Transition or building operations once site development is complete.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with internal building design team driving requirements for design and construction efforts for multiple buildings on site.
- Produce layouts, site plans, schematics, sketches, maps, and graphics to support engineering and final drawing package.
- Interface with general and subcontractors in support of design and construction documents.
- Coordinate efforts between civil design intent, project leadership, and contractors.
- Assist development program manager with construction and equipment/process commissioning schedules.
- Develop maintenance and inspection schedules for building process equipment.
