We specialize in civil, utility, residential, and demolition projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and government sectors. As a Skilled Laborer, you will assist with excavation, site preparation, and utility installation while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Whether you have experience or are looking to grow your skills, we provide training to help you succeed in our fast-paced industry.

- Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation for construction projects.
- Install and maintain underground utilities such as water, sewer, and storm drainage.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with equipment operators to ensure proper site grading and excavation.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Support demolition projects, including site cleanup and debris removal.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down job site barriers, signage, and fencing.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.
- Prior experience in excavation, construction, utilities, or demolition is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and train on company methods and procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Experience with construction tools and small machinery is a plus.
- OSHA or MSHA certification is a plus but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or travel-based projects
