Job Description

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed implementation plans outlining all tasks required for successful deployment.
  • Customization: Collaborate with clients to tailor Hi-Vis® software to their specific requirements.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for end users to ensure they are proficient in using the new system.
  • Troubleshooting: Work with IT departments and software developers to identify and resolve any technical issues.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
  • Customer Service: Understand and address client needs to ensure a positive experience with the software.
  • Technical Proficiency: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Hi-Vis® software, relevant technologies, and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software implementation and support.
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with scaffold management software or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Hi-Vis® scaffold management software.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Previous experience in the construction or industrial sector.

Working Conditions:

  • This position may require travel to client sites.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.

 

Technical Proficiency:

  • Software Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Hi-Vis scaffold management software, including its features, functionalities, and customization options.
  • System Integration: Knowledge of APIs and integration techniques to ensure seamless connectivity between Hi-Vis and other enterprise systems.
  • Operating Systems: Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and their respective environments.
  • Security: Awareness of cybersecurity best practices to ensure the software is deployed securely and complies with industry standards.
