The Sr. Dealer Development Strategy Manager plays a key role in shaping the long-term direction and structure of the dealer network to support sustained business growth. This individual will lead network expansion efforts, support dealer optimization initiatives, evaluate alternative distribution methods, and partner with Sales to develop strategic plans at both the dealer and market level. Success in this role will require strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization and with external partners.
