Position: Strategic Partner Business Analyst

Job Scope & Accountabilities:
Kahua is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in understanding and analyzing how Construction Program Management firms leverage Program Management Information Systems (PMIS). This role focuses accelerating Kahua’s partnership with Construction Program Management firms by gathering insights on the unique needs of the firms and their clients. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders, including customers, partner team account managers, sales executives, and business leaders, to refine and optimize Kahua’s engagement with Construction Program Management firms. This role operates within the Strategic Partner team in a business development capacity to strengthen and expand Kahua’s relationships with key accounts that will drive Kahua’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Industry Research:
- Develop and maintain detailed profiles of key Construction Program Management firms
- Stay current on trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Program Management and PMIS.
- Stay current on awarded contracts and projects to key Construction Program Management firms
- Analyze competitors’ offerings to identify differentiation opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with sales executives to build a strong understanding of a prospect’s partner network.
- Coordinate with Strategic Partner Directors to develop and refine partnerships strategies
- Advise PM contacts of potential partnering opportunities
- Work with Strategic Partner BD team members to connect Strategic Partner Directors, Sales Execs. Sales Reps, and PM contacts opportunities
Business Process Analysis:
- Map and analyze key processes and workflows within Program Management firms.
- Identify pain points and opportunities for improving efficiency through Kahua’s platform.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership on partnership performance and market trends.
- Participate in shaping and developing strategic partner planning activities
Experience Required:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in construction, engineering, or program management industries.
- Familiarity with PMIS platforms (e.g., Kahua, Procore, Primavera, e-Builder) is highly desirable.
Education/Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
