Summary of Position
The Sales Representative is a professional who initializes and manages relationships with customers. The Sales Representative will serve as the first point of contact between Frederick’s and it’s prospects or clients. This position will have a wide range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to Frederick’s Manufacturing products and services. This position reports to the President.
The Sales Representative will need to be a results-driven individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The individual must have the skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and develop new markets by analyzing the territory/market potential, track sales and status reports
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
Expedited the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a schedule;
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends;
Continuously improve through feedback
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and/or Management;
Attend trade shows and BD functions with approval from your manager; and
All other duties assigned by your manager.
Travel is required to see new or current clients and industry events.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the field of Sub Sea Tools
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly motivated and target driven
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
