• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may impact project timelines.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and daily logs.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Implement Steed Industries' best practices and standards in project execution.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in concrete construction.
• Knowledge of construction management processes, materials, and job site protocols.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, including OSHA standards; OSHA and safety training certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable with digital tools and construction management software, such as Procore, Microsoft, and AutoCAD; tech package provided.
• Willingness to travel for project work with per diem provided.

• Full-time role, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work based on project requirements.

• Based out of Steed Industries LLC, with project travel as required. Travel includes a per diem allowance.
