Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, trade coordination, quality control, and safety compliance
- Serve as the on-site representative for Goff Companies and the primary liaison between the field and project management
- Conduct site meetings, inspections, and maintain detailed project logs and reports
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with design documents, specifications, and client expectations
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to proactively solve problems and keep the project on track
- Foster a respectful, team-first environment aligned with Goff's ministry mindset and values
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on all job sites
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience; church or nonprofit facility construction preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage schedules, crews, and subcontractors across multiple scopes of work
- Familiarity with design-build delivery a plus
- Proficiency with construction software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam)
- Willingness to travel for projects.
