Supervises administrative staff including monitoring and assigning daily workload. Responsible for working with Management to ensure compliance deadlines are met, and customer contacts made when needed for notification of work to be performed or scheduled. Writes and conducts performance reviews, assists in hiring and provides training for new and existing administrative staff. Responsible to provide assistance to District Offices to ensure consistency and operational compliance with policies and procedures. Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. |
