The Role: Supply Chain Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Switch, you will be part of a world-class team that operates in excellence, delivering mission-critical solutions that redefine what�s possible in AI, cloud and enterprise data center needs. Your work will directly impact the future of technology and the sustainable growth of the Internet.

What You�ll Do

• Support the coordination and execution of supply chain activities for data center construction projects, including vendor communication, logistics, documentation, and inventory tracking related to OFCI equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, supply chain team members, and cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment in alignment with project schedules and milestones.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation, including purchase orders, shipping records, invoices, contracts, and supplier communications, in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation for OFCI equipment deliveries to construction sites. Track shipments, update schedules, and communicate status to internal stakeholders.
• Assist with inventory tracking and replenishment planning. Work with suppliers to ensure accurate stock levels and timely availability of materials.
• Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, updates, and KPI metrics. Support data analysis and reporting to aid in decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement within supply chain and project workflows. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by supporting team members, sharing knowledge, and contributing to overall team success.

• Strong communication and analytical skills to support demand forecasting and inventory planning aligned with project goals.
• Knowledge of project coordination principles, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with supply chain functions such as logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Understanding of construction industry practices, particularly in data center environments, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
