The Role: Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager for White Iron Forest (WIF) at Switch, you will be part of a world-class team that operates in excellence, delivering mission-critical solutions that redefine what�s possible in AI, cloud and enterprise data center needs. Your work will directly impact the future of technology and the sustainable growth of the Internet.

What You�ll Do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for the White Iron Forest (WIF) program, ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor management.
• Align supply chain execution with WIF�s fast-paced construction timelines and sustainability objectives by partnering with engineering, construction, and operations teams.
• Manage sourcing and on-time delivery of critical infrastructure components�including mechanical, electrical, and data center-specific systems�tailored to WIF�s technical requirements.
• Monitor WIF project milestones, material lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure alignment with program goals and proactively address potential delays.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, long-lead items, and component obsolescence unique to the WIF program.
• Oversee supplier qualification, onboarding, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with WIF�s quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point for WIF-related supply chain challenges, resolving issues collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support the execution and management of supplier framework agreements, issuing purchase orders and ensuring contractual alignment for WIF-specific needs.
• Deliver regular reporting and KPI dashboards to senior leadership, providing insights into WIF supply chain performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Drive next-level innovation in Construction to support our mission-critical infrastructure.

What You'll Bring

• Deep expertise in supply chain operations supporting large-scale infrastructure or data center programs, with a strong understanding of WIF-specific requirements.
• Proven ability to manage procurement and logistics for complex, high-value equipment in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills to anticipate material demands and proactively mitigate risks across the WIF supply chain.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with engineering and construction milestones.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, project management tools, and data analytics platforms used to manage large-scale capital projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing supplier relationships, driving accountability, and improving performance in support of mission-critical infrastructure.
• A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to evolving project demands.
