Job Scope and Accountabilities:
As a Recruiter, you will lead the talent acquisition process, focusing primarily on technical recruiting while also supporting general HR functions as needed. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, source, and hire top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, you will provide HR support in areas such as onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track key recruiting metrics and report on hiring progress.
HR Generalist Support
Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
Support compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
Assist in developing and maintaining job descriptions, compensation structures, and performance management initiatives.
Partner with HR leadership on employee engagement, retention strategies, and DEI initiatives.
Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations issues as needed.

Experience Required:
3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on technical roles (e.g., software engineers, IT professionals, data analysts).
Experience in HR generalist functions (onboarding, compliance, employee relations) is a plus.
Strong ability to source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Paycor Recruiting a plus.
General understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You must be fluent in the common software used in recruiting, scheduling and corporate environment. A bonus if you enjoy finding technology based solutions. 
Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and optimize hiring strategies.
Experience working in tech, SaaS, or IT industries is preferred but not required.

Education/Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
