POSITION TITLE: Title Research Coordinator
JOB STATUS: Full Time

REPORTS TO: Titling Team Lead
TRAVEL REQUIRED: As Needed
WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid- 3 days in the office- 2 days remote
PAY: The expected hiring range for this position is from $20.39-23.99/hour plus additional bonus opportunity. The stated hiring range is based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Final compensation decisions will take into account a variety of considerations, including individual skills, internal equity, and organizational needs.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Title Research Coordinator is responsible for applying for titles and securing 1st lien position for lenders with the Department of Motor Vehicles. The Title Research Coordinator is responsible for titling in several different states and following up with Home Centers for documents needed. They must be able to complete a large volume of work within limited timeframes, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1+ year of prior or related (e.g., titling vehicles) experience.
