Responsibilities: THIS JOB REQUIRES HEAVY TRAVEL
In this role, you will have the opportunity to supervise the completion of rebrand/conversion or renovation projects for hospitality, restaurant and/or retail clients across the United States. This involves scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, inspections, safety - all the typical duties of a superintendent, delivered at the highest level.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of experience in renovation, rebrand or conversion construction projects
Experience in a travel heavy/road warrior position
Valid Driver's License and clean background
Client-facing, professional demeanor
Nice to Have Skills:
BS in Construction or Engineering
Experience in hotel renovation, rebrands or conversions
Experience in Sage, Timberline, MS Project
Bilingual in Spanish HIGHLY desired
