Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Estimator with a background in truss, wall panel, and framing materials. This role is ideal for an experienced estimator or someone with a truss and panel design background eager to learn estimating and bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for truss, wall panel, and framing material projects.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to gather necessary information for accurate bidding.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope and pricing.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best pricing and service.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and work collaboratively to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Background in truss and panel design preferred but not required.
• Experience in estimating for construction projects is a plus.
• Aggressive and proactive mindset with a strong desire to win.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in the Nashville office.
