Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and site personnel
• Perform physical labor and support general mining operations underground
• Conduct visual inspections to identify potential hazards and unsafe conditions
• Step into various support roles to maintain workflow and productivity
• Follow instructions while also working independently with minimal supervision
• Stay organized and prioritize assigned tasks in a dynamic work environment

Required Qualifications

• MSHA Underground Miner Certification preferred (Training available for qualified applicants)
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable Transportation of your own
• Willingness and ability to work any assigned shift, including days, swings, and overnights
• Must pass pre-employment and periodic screenings.

Additional Experience Desired

• Previous experience in construction
• Mechanically inclined and familiar with basic tools and equipment
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Familiarity with mine safety procedures or underground operations

Physical Requirements

• Work up to 12-hour shifts, day or night
• Routinely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent kneeling, bending, and prolonged physical exertion
• Must be able to perform job duties free from the influence of any substances that may impair focus, reaction time, or safety

Safety Commitment

We prioritize safety above all. All duties must be performed in accordance with Redi Services' safety protocols and in compliance with mine health and safety standards.

Compensation

• $37/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
• Benefits available for full-time employees
• $125 Per Day Per-diem

Schedule

• Shifts may include morning, evening, or graveyard rotations
• Overtime and weekend work required

Must be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.
