Job Description

AECOM is seeking for an experienced Visualization Sr. Manager for employment in our Tampa, FL office. 

This is a remote position. 

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute strategy to increase awareness and use of Visualization Services throughout AECOM.
  • Proactively reach out to build client relationships across all AECOM sectors.
  • Lead business development conversations to obtain high value projects.
  • Increase department revenue in balance with growth of resources and services.
  • Build  social media and visibility presence to market and communicate project highlights, case studies and client interviews to increase awareness and drive engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and new business opportunities.
  • Create strategic business plan and manage the associated P&L, including software/hardware CAPEX, labor costs, and overhead.
  • Standardize and manage project intake, scoping, and delivery to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
  • Product manage larger, cross-functional interactive projects.
  • Assist in the review and approval process of assets and manage delivery schedules to assure client success and balance of work within the team.
  • Work with the team to scope out staffing needs, lead talent outreach efforts and manage the hiring and onboarding.
  • Create partnerships with tech vendors (NVIDIA, Epic Games, Autodesk) to gain early access to tools that give AECOM a "first-mover" advantage.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in product and business development, with a strong focus on interactive media, AR, VR, 3D visualization and/or virtual worlds.
  • Proven experience to hire talent aligned in the areas of image editing, video production, 3D modeling, 4D simulations, web development and 3D real-time applications.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, relationship-driven environment.
  • Proven experience as a "seller-doer," with the ability to generate business and deliver projects successfully.
  • Demonstrated ability to product manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated understanding of 3D visualization, creativity, and ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to meet project goals and deliver high quality excellence.
