Foundation Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing operations team at our distribution center in Lawrenceville, GA. This is a fulltime position (40 hours a week) with full company benefits. Primary Responsibilities
Assist with the operation of distribution center to include loading, unloading, stocking, and processing of construction materials.
Assist with office management of the warehouse handling shipping, receiving, purchasing and administration within warehouse operations and distribution.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store all materials and equipment
Pull, pack, and ship orders in an accurate manner
Ensure that all inventory transactions are properly documented in accordance with standard operating procedures
Practice safe warehouse procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements for standard procedures already in place
Maintain the warehouse in a neat, orderly, and efficient fashion
Drive industrial lifting devices to push, pull, lift, stack or move products, equipment or materials in the warehouse.
Manage logistical operations through warehouse software and communication with warehouse distribution partners.
Perform other related tasks as required
Job Requirements
Strong customer service experience and a positive attitude
Years of relevant work experience: 3 years of warehouse experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Enjoy partnering with others to accomplish tasks
Extreme level of organization, both professionally and personally
Must possess basic math skills
Must possess advanced computer skills
Must pass drug and background tests
Physical Job Requirements:
Must be able to lift 70lbs+ and can frequently bend, squat, and stand for extended periods of time.
Certifications/ Licenses:
Must have a valid driver’s license with access to transportation and required insurance.
Forklift Certification Preferred
