Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in Tipton, IA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-27/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:         

• Prepare welding process by moving materials to stands 
• Working with a forklift 
• Reading and interpreting blueprints 
• Checking measurements of materials and alignment 
• Weld beams and/or columns together 
• Finish assembling and welding parts 
• Cutting and/or grinding
• Re-cutting parts to fit as needed 
• Maintain a clean work environment 

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience or 2+ years of structural welding experience
