Window Department Supervisor

Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials company, is seeking a reliable, motivated and proactive Window Department Supervisor. In this position, the ideal candidate will utilize their experience, leadership and communication skills to oversee the operations of our Window Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the Window Coordinator as required
• Maintain an average quote turnaround time as prescribed by store management
• Provide quotes utilizing Bistrack to Outside Sales Representatives and clients
• Maintain a Quote and Order Log to include date of initial request, date of quote completion, date of quote acceptance, date of order, and tentative delivery date for all jobs
• Lead the calculation and estimate costs for widows and ancillary installation materials
• Receive and disburse window from vendors and to installers/shipping; requires physical and forklift handling of materials
• Meet all order deadline requirements
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all times
• Work to resolve customer issues with the Install/Service Department as required
• Assist in taking physical inventory
• Enforce all OSHA and company safety standards at all times
• All other duties as assigned

Experience Required:

• 5 years of experience and knowledge in a supervisory or management role
• 3 years of experience in window quoting and ordering

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• In-depth knowledge of windows including specifications, quote and order processing, material handling, and manufacturer   recommended installation guidelines
• Proficiency in MI, P.G.T, CGI, CWS,and Jeld-Wen Quoting Systems
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite Products and Bistrack
• A general understanding of performance management principals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
