Job Overview
C C Drywall Inc is seeking a hands-on, field-proven Working Superintendent to oversee and actively participate in commercial drywall and framing projects across the region. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in the field-leading crews, solving problems in real time, and ensuring top-notch installation on metal framing, drywall, ACT grid, and tile scopes.
We're looking for someone who brings both leadership experience and tools-on capability, setting the standard on-site while driving projects to completion safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations and ensure crews are working efficiently and safely.
- Work alongside team members, providing hands-on support and technical guidance.
- Coordinate scheduling, materials deliveries, subcontractors, and inspections.
- Monitor work progress and ensure alignment with project drawings, specs, and timelines.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety standards and compliance.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise, adjusting plans and personnel to stay on track.
- Communicate project status and needs with project managers and clients.
- Support mentorship and development of crew members.
- Maintain jobsite documentation including daily logs, timesheets, and field reports.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial drywall and metal framing with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and specifications and direct crews accordingly.
- Working knowledge of ACT ceilings and finish scopes.
- Solid leadership and communication skills with a focus on field team development.
- Comfortable with both leading and working hands-on in the field.
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality control.
- No specific licenses required.
- Willingness to travel for project-based assignments.

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
