What you will be doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property and facility managers, driving new client acquisition and long-term account growth.
  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across Ohio and surrounding states, leveraging your existing book of business and relationships.
  • Conduct site visits, scope projects, and prepare competitive, accurate estimates.
  • Present tailored solutions and professional proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain and grow accounts through proactive communication, upselling, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with project managers and use CRM tools to track pipeline activity, forecasting, and key performance metrics.

Experience you will need:

  • Proven B2B sales success in commercial painting, construction, or facility services.
  • Existing industry relationships and a strong book of business.
  • Experience in estimating service-based projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and willingness to travel regionally.
