Accounts Payable Coordinator - 2 Immediate roles in north Austin!!!

The Hire Solution has partnered with an industry leading and rapidly growing construction company located in North Austin, Texas, who is known for its commitment to quality and innovation. We operate from a newly renovated office building which is convenient to reach from almost all parts of Austin and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational accounting, particularly in accounts payable functions such as invoice coding, 2 way and 3 way match, AP inbox management, etc. Experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Dynamics, SalesForce or similar ERP systems is highly desired. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will play a crucial role in keeping our wonderful vendors happy and paid according to terms.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
2. Enter invoices into Sage Intacct system accurately and efficiently.
3. Prepare and process payments to vendors via checks, ACH, or wire transfers.
4. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
5. Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
6. Assist in the month-end close process by reconciling accounts payable ledgers.
7. Collaborate with procurement and project management teams to ensure accurate coding and approval of invoices.
8. Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred but not required.
2. 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting role.
3. Proficiency in Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Dynamics and SalesForce systems highly desired.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Familiarity with construction industry billing practices is a plus.
7. Must be able to work on-site at our North Austin office.

Compensation:
