Parts and Sales Admin
$2,000 Signing Bonus

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Parts and Sales Admin to join our team. This key position supports our daily office operations and is the first point of contact for customers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact: answer and direct incoming calls, and welcome walk-in customers with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Process and code invoices and payments
  • Manage accounts payable (A/P)
  • Assist with maintaining a balanced accounts receivable (A/R)
  • Submit credit card transactions, petty cash, and check payments to the main office
  • Maintain and improve the office filing system
  • Submit payroll documentation
  • Provide support at the parts counter when needed
  • Prepare and process documents related to equipment sales, rentals, and demonstrations
  • Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy and positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • Prior experience managing multi-line phone systems

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Frequent reaching to answer phones
  • Reading and working with documents on a computer
  • Verbal communication via phone and in person
  • Occasional bending, lifting, and walking, including on uneven surfaces
  • Must be able to hear and respond to communication via phone, radio, and in-person interactions
  • Ability to remain standing for various job functions
