GeoSonics, Inc. a seismic consulting company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Davie, Florida.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Area Manager and Field Technicians and performing general office tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Support the Area Manager and Field Technicians while providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
Assist in the preparation of documents and reports
Answering and directing phone calls
Filing electronic and hard copy documents
Create and modify various documents using Microsoft Office
Perform other general office duties, such as copying, scanning and mailing
Your Background and Experience:
1 – 2 years of experience providing administrative support
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point), Google and Adobe
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, clients, etc.
