Perform administrative duties assisting the Branch/Store manager, including assisting the Regional Manager when necessary. Perform all clerical duties for the office as necessary.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Administrative assistant is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:
- Greet and direct visitors, answer and route all telephone calls
- Take detailed messages
- Maintain and keep all files up to date
- Handle project-oriented duties and complete in a timely manner
- Back up for all clerical personnel
- Promote good welfare among the company and its divisions
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 1-year experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Must have working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its’ objectives.
- Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the company.
- Must conform to policies and procedures set forth by the company.
- Must have good communication skills written and verbal.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Must be able to balance the branch petty cash and checking account
- Must be able to type 50 wpm.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in a Windows environment (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
- Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and good client relationships.
- Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment.
- Must have the ability to effectively operate various types of office equipment (telephone system, copier, printer, fax etc).
- Must be dependable and be able to work independently.
- Must protect the company assets and interest.
