We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential New Construction Junior Roofing Estimator to join our team and grow!

Responsibilities

  • Takeoff & Estimating: Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential new construction roofing projects using takeoff software’s
  • Blueprint Analysis: Review blueprints, project specifications, and job scopes to determine material and labor needs
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and Operations to ensure pricing and project details are correct
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve potential issues in project estimates to ensure smooth execution
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in residential roofing.
  • Experience using Construction Connect, PlanSwift, or similar takeoff software.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Self-motivated and accountable—we need someone who shows up and gets the job done!

Work Location and Hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Must work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
  • In the office, not a remote position.
