GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Architect will provide clients with exceptional architectural services that seamlessly integrate construction expertise with innovative design. Working within a "Design-Build" framework and utilizing BIM software, the Architect will help clients visualize their projects during the design phases, fostering collaboration between the architecture and construction teams to achieve a unified approach to project delivery.

                                                                         DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the business plan and review project benchmarks to assess results.
  • Create design presentation drawings using advanced 3D graphics.
  • Conduct cost analysis in collaboration with the construction team.
  • Produce highly accurate construction documents that meet industry standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants and team members to ensure project alignment.
  • Review shop drawings and project submittals as necessary.
  • Ensure code compliance and conduct reviews with local authorities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Architect/Director of Architecture throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Build and maintain relationships that foster trust and encourage future project collaboration.


Qualifications

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years of experience in an architectural firm.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and production.
  • Proficiency in CADD, BIM, and Office software programs; ability to produce drawings, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated, quality-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
