Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, Fair Housing compliance, and multifamily property management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, leasing efforts, and resident satisfaction
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new office team members
• Help manage financials, meet delinquency goals, and process invoices
• Drive occupancy through leasing and marketing strategies
• Maintain accurate rent roll and resident records
• Handle resident inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism, appearance, and service
