What You�ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations and leasing for a thriving apartment community
- Drive occupancy and financial performance
- Lead and mentor leasing and maintenance teams
- Conduct property inspections and maintain compliance with housing regulations
- Manage rent collections, resident relations, and service requests
- Maintain budget control and accurate reporting
What We�re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage leasing, marketing, and collections with confidence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Entrata software (preferred)
