We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor with a background in multifamily housing maintenance. If you have 2 years of experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC (EPA certification required), carpentry, and other building systems, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversight of property maintenance, ensuring high standards of upkeep
• Responding promptly to repair requests, including after-hours calls
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Supervising maintenance and custodial staff, including training and disciplinary actions
• Managing maintenance budget and inventory
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
