Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager / Estimator to support our commercial roofing operations. This role assists with estimating, project coordination, and communication between field teams, vendors, and management.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and strong with computers to grow within a leading commercial roofing company.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing commercial roofing estimates and project proposals
  • Support Project Managers with project coordination and documentation
  • Track job progress, schedules, and materials
  • Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Maintain project files, reports, and documentation
  • Assist with ordering materials and tracking deliveries
  • Support field crews and leadership with project updates
Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Construction or roofing experience preferred but not required
Compensation
  • Competitive salary based on experience
