Factory Coordinator<\/b> resolves conflicts, supports fast -track problem solving,
and ensures models are production -ready. This is a hands -on role requiring
strong technical modeling skills, clear communication, and a practical

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
• Coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural systems
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Resolve clashes prior to factory production

• Support real -time factory issue resolution
• Adapt models to fast -track production needs
• Translate factory feedback into model updates
<\/span><\/span>Quality Control & Documentation<\/span><\/span><\/b>
• Review models and shop drawings for accuracy and constructability
• Maintain BIM standards and documentation

• Coordinate with field and office personnel
