Job Overview:

SW Foundation is seeking CDL Drivers to support our foundational drilling operations. This role is responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and machinery to various project sites safely and efficiently. If you are a skilled driver with a valid CDL and experience in hauling heavy equipment, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To):
  • Safely operate CDL-class trucks to transport equipment and materials to and from job sites.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure proper load securement and follow DOT regulations for transporting materials.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials at job sites as needed.
  • Communicate with project managers and field crews to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
  • Maintain accurate driving logs, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance records.
  • Follow OSHA, DOT, and company safety regulations at all times.
  • Provide general support at job sites when not driving, such as assisting with material handling.

Qualifications:
  • Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) – Required.
  • 1-2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles (preferred).
  • Experience hauling heavy equipment is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and truck maintenance.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and assist with loading/unloading.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel for projects as needed.

Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (with potential weekend work depending on project needs).
  • Payable hours begin when you leave home, ensuring you're compensated for your full work time.

Work Location:
  • Various job sites in the DFW metro area, 10% travel required outside of that area in southern TX.
