Position Title: Client Solutions Consultant – Construction Accounting


Location: Fully Remote – Work from Home


Mission:


Drive the growth and success of client’s core customers by serving as a trusted advisor. You will consult with clients to optimize their use of client’s platform, address complex construction accounting challenges, and enhance adoption through custom reporting and workflow solutions. Additionally, you will support sales during final demos and ensure effective implementation plans are developed and executed.


Key Competencies:


  • Passion for Construction Accounting & Problem Solving:
  • Strong interest in construction accounting (e.g., WIP reporting, revenue recognition, cash flow forecasting) with a focus on analyzing complex data to create practical solutions for clients.
  • SQL Expertise:
  • Proficient in SQL and SQL Jobs for data transformation and Tier 2/3 support, essential for addressing complex client data issues and ensuring smooth platform implementation.
  • Client Relationship Building:
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and customizing client’s solutions accordingly.
  • Consulting & Change Management:
  • Skilled in guiding clients through change management processes, facilitating the implementation of new workflows, and recognizing the time required for behavioral changes in construction companies.
  • Implementation Planning & Execution:
  • Capable of translating client needs into clear implementation plans and ensuring successful project execution.
  • Effective Communication:
  • Ability to convey the value of client’s platform and services succinctly, working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions and technical expertise.
  • Remote Work Proficiency:
  • Demonstrated success in managing communication, collaboration, and project execution remotely using tools like Slack, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Eager to Learn:
  • Open to change and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and productivity for both the organization and its clients.
