Construction Administration Specialist

In this role, you will be working as a Construction Administration Specialist for a client that works in the architecture industry.  This position will be responsible for ensuring construction projects are executed from concept to completion. 

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client.  This role can be worked remote as long as someone is in Texas. 

Pay; $60,000-65,000/Yr.

Job requirements: 

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Architecture etc.. 
• Experience with construction administration - able to review plans, shop drawings, submittals etc..
• Able to wok with project managers, contractors, vendors and clients
• Track project milestones, schedules and deliverables 
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices  
• Knowledge of construction codes, permits, and safety regulations is a plus  
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
