RQ Construction, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Electrical Superintendent to support ongoing operations at U.S. Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This full-time opportunity is ideal for electrical construction professionals looking to contribute to a military healthcare project while working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
This role offers the opportunity to support infrastructure projects that directly benefit U.S. military personnel while continuing to grow professionally in an international project setting. The position provides a competitive annual salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Position Summary
The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for directing and managing day-to-day field operations for electrical construction activities on active projects. Working closely with the Electrical Project Manager, this position provides leadership to assistant superintendents, foremen, electricians, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Responsibilities include coordinating field operations, monitoring project progress, enforcing safety standards, maintaining quality control, supporting project scheduling, and ensuring accountability among field personnel. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential to successfully delivering complex construction projects.
