We are a full-service company that designs, installs, repairs, services and inspects a variety of fire suppression systems. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Sales/ Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience in Construction sales and estimating with some expertise in either fire alarm, fire sprinkler, or similar industry. A strong background in estimating, prospecting, and closing deals is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and bid on new opportunities for fire alarm and/or fire sprinkler services (service, inspections, tenant improvements, and/ or new construction).
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive new and recurring business.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
  • Track sales activities and manage pipeline using Salesforce CRM and other prospecting tools.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating (alarm, sprinkler, or similar).
  • Established relationships with local GCs in the Reno, Sparks, Lake Tahoe, N, California and other surrounding areas.
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm and/or fire sprinkler systems, codes, and industry practices.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and closing sales.
  • Experience working with property managers, contractors, and building owners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
  • Availability to work onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, when not attending job walks or client meetings.
