Position Summary |
The Construction Inspector position manages and administers rehabilitation projects. Employees in this classification perform professional-level work. The position is responsible for successfully ensuring the quality of all development and/or modernization work being conducted for the Housing Authority, whether the work is performed by contract or forced account labor, and with or without the services of an architect/engineer. The duties listed below illustrate the various types of work performed.
