$16 – $19 starting pay with a weekly attendance bonus

4-day work weeks (10-hour work days)

As a Fence Installer, you will work both independently and as part of a team to complete daily tasks including digging, grading, staging materials, and installing fences in a timely and professional manner.
Work within a team atmosphere to build high-quality residential fences
Work independently and with a team to complete tasks
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Use hand tools and powered digging equipment
Keep trucks, job sites, and the warehouse clean and organized
Assist with staging materials and preparing for installations
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience working in a fast-paced environment where quality is expected
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to lift heavy objects (80+ pounds)
Fence industry experience is a plus
Dependability is a must
