Skillforce is currently hiring reliable and hardworking Construction Laborers for an active job site in Harlan, IA. This role will be supporting the debris removal from the job site and is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. This is role is expected to last approximately 2 months, working 40 hours weekly. Pay is up to $20/hr depending upon experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform site clean-up, material handling, and debris removal
Operate basic hand and power tools safely
Follow all job site safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
Prior commercial construction or general labor experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods
Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Reliable transportation to the job site
Competitive pay based on experience, up to $30/hr, based on experience
