What you will be doing:<\/h2>
  • Take part in all phases of litigation and pre\-litigation.<\/li>
  • Communicate with clients.<\/li>
  • Develop litigation strategies.<\/li>
  • Defend and resolve construction claims.<\/li>
  • Draft discovery and motions.<\/li>
  • Participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes such as mediation and arbitration.<\/li>
  • Take and defend depositions.<\/li>
  • Make court appearances.<\/li> <\/ul>

    Experience you will need:<\/h2>
    • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.<\/li>
    • Admitted to the State Bar in Virginia.<\/li>
    • Working knowledge of construction contracts and construction law.<\/li>
    • Experience preparing and negotiating construction contracts.<\/li>
    • Experience representing clients in disputes involving breach of contract, surety bond and mechanicҀ™s lien claims, and related construction agreements.<\/li> <\/ul><\/td> <\/tr>
