Construction Loan Draw Specialist- Plano Ops

The Construction Draw Specialist, under direct supervision of the SVP, Construction Loan Monitoring Manager, is responsible for supporting the Construction Monitoring team with servicing for Residential Homebuilder and/or Commercial Construction draw processing.  

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Management of portfolio monitoring including, but not limited to:
  1. Residential Interim real estate construction draw process, including managing loan advances, ordering inspections, updating inspection sheets as appropriate and posting of draws to Silverlake, etc.
  2. Commercial Real Estate construction draw process including loan advances, ordering inspections and reports as appropriate and posting of draws to Silverlake, etc.
• Thorough understanding of and ensure compliance with Credit and Regulatory Policies
• Other duties and projects as assigned or required

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS): 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration preferred
• 2+ years’ experience with Construction draw servicing, Loan Administration, or related construction industry experience 
• Ability to make appropriate judgments and decisions with limited guidance.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, including the ability to work independently on projects of high complexity with minimal supervision.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficient in advanced functionality within Microsoft Excel preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment
